Too many choices! Piers Anthony, Mary McMaster Bujold, and Jared Diamond are at the top of the list for the simple reason that they are incredibly multi-faceted authors. I am guessing we could start talking at breakfast and be still talking as Jimmy Kimmel comes on the TV without touching a single topic twice.
I haven't heard of your author choices, so I'll have to check out their books. New follower by GFC. :)

I had to look up all of those authors. I had a class in college called Science in Context (AI, biology, and psychology) and your selection sounds just as ecclectic. You have a fantasy author, science fiction author, and then an author who discusses the success and failure of societies. I would need a thinking vacation afterward. Here's my FF.
